Take Three with Jyoty

Jyoty grew up in Amsterdam before moving to London, where her experiences with some of the capital’s most distinguished dance music institutions led to her pursuing a career as a DJ. She quickly went from working the door at Boiler Room to hosting the streaming giant’s broadcasts, before landing a regular slot on the airwaves at Rinse FM. There, she holds a popular Saturday morning residency, which is when you can usually expect to hear her championing the more soothing end of her collection. For her Take Three feature, she selects old school UKG and contemporary Afrobeat via the incomparable Mos Def.
